All my reviews are my own opinions unless other wise noted. For this blog, I will be including the synopsis but for my GoodReads account, I generally do not. My reviews are generally a couple paragraph long but they can be longer or shorter depending on my thoughts on the book. I will talk about what I liked, what I did not like, if I would recommend it, and any favorite moments or quotes. I used a 5-star rating scale, meaning:
5 stars: Amazing, I absolutely loved it!
4 stars: Great but not totally in love
3-stars: Average, had equal amounts of pros and cons
2-stars: It sucked, I had problems with it the whole time I was reading
1-star: I hated this book! I don’t even know how I finished it!
I review all types of book, though I do prefer books that I can hold, and I don’t have a publishing preference. I will mainly be reviewing YA novels, but it will ultimately come down to what I am reading at the moment. I prefer high fantasy, science fiction, historical fiction, dystopian, fantasy, graphic novels, etc. I don’t usually read contemporary but if it interests me then I will definitely check it out. I don’t read Non-Fiction unless I am seriously interested in what it is about.
